Vennote Technologies has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable Training Academy Director to join our team! Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a wealth of experience in training and development, with previous experience in a management or senior role. The key focus of the position is to direct the training academy effectively in its operations, ensuring suitable and viable training is delivered in a timely manner and within budget!
You will be responsible for setting training objectives and creating procedures and budgets necessary for successfully implementing planned training programs that will align external students / new joiners and our internal staff with our business goals and strategies.
As a Director of Training, you will strategically plan training for fresh graduates who are targeting to join the IT sphere and create a pool of young engineers that the company will be pulling resources from. You will also track and evaluate our employee training needs and develop courses to fulfill those needs. We need you to build and supervise relationships with suitable vendors to offer training programs based on the assessed requirements of the management and staff.
The ideal candidate possesses outstanding leadership skills and can successfully manage our training and development department by providing clear instruction and mentorship.
