Technical Business Analyst

  1. Participate in design and testing activities, review code, and participate in system implementations. Assist with maintaining and documenting systems. Perform data validation checks. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, policies, and procedures.
  2. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and objectives.
  3. Analysis and Documentation: Analyze complex data sets and processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs) and use cases.
  4. Solution Design: Work closely with development teams to design software solutions that meet client needs. Provide input on system architecture and functionality.
  5. Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact between our company and the client. Maintain open and effective communication to address questions, concerns, and feedback.
  6. Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in the testing and quality assurance process to ensure that software solutions meet specified requirements and perform as expected.
  7. Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to derive actionable insights from large datasets, helping clients make informed decisions.
  8. Other Responsibilities: Extract relevant data from data systems and provide insights for business improvements; help implement solutions.
    Forecast, plan and manage the technical capabilities before attempting to solve a business problem.
    Coordinate with the data management and technical team to brainstorm and identify existing gaps in the processes.
  • Design the training and development strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and organize training for external fresh graduates and internal staff.
  • Advise and source on target audience.
  • Carry out performance assessments and skill gap analysis to identify training needs for all company’s teams.
  • Create a continuous learning culture by providing coaching to increase performance and staff productivity
  • Select appropriate resources, curriculums, and educators to deliver successful training
  • Analyze training feedback to determine whether the implemented course has achieved its goals
  • Evaluate the results of learning courses to improve the outcome of future training.
  • Coordinate with department managers to understand where training is lacking or needs to be improved.
  • Keep track of the training budget, ensuring sufficient funds are allocated.
  • Manage our training and development team to ensure all activities are aligned with the training and development strategy.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Training Director, Training Manager, or a related position
  • Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • Hands-on experience creating and implementing successful training programs in a business setting
  • Detailed knowledge of traditional and modern training techniques
  • First-hand knowledge of budget and project management
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of business goals and objectives
  • Ability to implement KPIs and SLAs as required.
